Shammond has been a success in basketball for over 13 years. From his youth through his current coaching career, Williams has made history time and time again. He has proved his ability to exceed the expectations of his colleagues in both professional basketball and his coaching career.

Williams has founded youth outreach programs that encourage students to perform their best in school, encouraging academic integrity and character development along with rigorous basketball training, preparing students for collegiate scholarships in basketball and other academics.
